Brains is called Miolo in Brazil, and Sesos in Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay, Colombia and Chile.
Soft and creamy. Fried, or folded into tacos and quesadillas. Specialty meats from the head, found mostly at Mexican taquerías that serve tacos de cabeza.
